How to engage

Three steps, in order.

Most of this industry asks you to book a call before it will tell you anything. Here is the whole ladder instead — what each step is, what you get, and what has to be true before the next one makes sense. Start at the top; it costs nothing and takes two minutes.

01

The Realization Check

Free
Ten questions · about two minutes · self-serve

Name a decision that keeps not landing. Get a score, a ranked read of where it is leaking, and a plain statement of what to fix first.

Run the check
What you get
  • A realization score for one decision
  • Your leaks ranked worst first
  • A written read of the top three
  • No sign-up, nothing sent anywhere unless you send it
02Where most engagements begin

The Decision Read

Fixed fee
Four to six weeks · one decision environment · quoted after a short scoping call

We take one real decision — yours, with your people and your constraints — and produce a read of what is actually blocking the action, the moves matched to that blocker, and a written definition of how you would observe whether it landed.

Start a Decision Read
What you get
  • Interviews with the people who have to act, not only the people who decide
  • A named binding constraint, with the evidence behind the call
  • Objective-preserving moves matched to that constraint
  • A realization definition — the observable event that would settle it
  • A go or no-go recommendation on whether a pilot is worth running
03

The Realization Pilot

Scoped after the Read
Runs in your environment · only if the Read says it should

We install the decision layer, run it against the real population, and measure whether the action actually happened — then report the gap between what was predicted and what occurred.

Talk about a pilot
What you get
  • A working decision layer in your tenant, on your data boundaries
  • Matched delivery against a defined comparison
  • Observed realization — not opens, logins or attendance
  • The divergence between predicted and observed, reported honestly
  • A decision at the end about whether to scale it
Beyond the ladder

Build your own decision layer on Anthrocentrix.

If you would rather build than buy a service, the engine is available through a hosted door. Your team defines the objective, the domain content and the compliant playbook. Your data, your tenant, our engine. The engine source never leaves — you get the door, not the code. It starts with the same Decision Read, so we both know what we are building before anyone commits to building it.

Talk about building on it
Your decisions, your playbook
Client-owned domain content and rules; the engine owns the reasoning.
Hosted and per-tenant
Isolated tenancy, client-controlled data boundaries, no source transfer.
Realization, measured
Observed outcomes, not engagement metrics.
Plainly

What we will tell you that a vendor usually won't.

A Read can end in no.

If the constraint on your decision is not the kind of thing this engine addresses — if it is budget, or headcount, or a leader who has already decided — we will say so and stop. You keep the read.

Realization is observed, never inferred.

We do not count opens, logins, attendance or sentiment as evidence that an action happened. If the action cannot be observed in your environment, we will tell you before you commit to a pilot rather than after.

We report the gap, including when it is against us.

A pilot measures the distance between what was predicted and what actually occurred. That number is reported whichever way it falls.

Not sure which step you're on?

Run the Realization Check. It takes two minutes, it costs nothing, and it will tell you more than a discovery call would.
